PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an authentic document edit apparatus for editing an authentic document, an authentic document creating apparatus for creating the authentic document, and an authentic document copying apparatus for generating a "copy" document of the authentic document with respect to an document that is "authentic" (hereinafter called the "authentic document" ) including an image of characters, graphics and symbols or the like. PSOLUTION: In the authentic document copying apparatus, when a judgement section judges that copying of the authentic document is permitted, a print section prints a first image read from the authentic document and a second image specified data of the second image read from a storage member of the authentic document on a paper medium, and when the judgement section judges that copying of the authentic document is inhibited, the print section prints the first and the second images read from the authentic document on the paper medium.
