PURPOSE: A door locking system of a bus for emergency escape is provided to prevent the closing of a door due to the tare when manually operating the door while a bus is driving on a rising road, thereby allowing passengers to safely escape from the bus in a short time. CONSTITUTION: A door locking system of a bus for emergency escape includes a housing(110) fixed at an upper part of a rail fixed on a bus body, a stopping element(100) contacting rollers fixed at an upper part of a door in a direction of door-closing when the door is completely opened to be connected to the housing for moving vertically, and an air supply tube(130) connected to a side of the housing for controlling the operation of the stopping element, wherein the stopping element includes a stopper(121) formed with an annular protrusion(121a) at an upper part to catch a stepped part of a slide hole(113) and a protrusion(121b) and a rounded side at a lower part for respectively catching a roller in a door closing direction and contacting the roller in a door opening direction, and a cap(123) to be inserted in the slide hole of the housing and elastically supported by a spring(1220 for applying downward force.
