PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to reduce abrasion between the air-tight member and the guide rail and increase durability of the air-tight member by avoiding contact between the air-tight member and the guide rail during opening or closing or the sliding door. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a sliding window(7) which is guided by a guide rail(5) arranged between an upper window frame member(1) and a lower window frame member(3); an outer air-tight member(9) arranged outward from the sliding window at the lower end of the sliding window, and which cuts-off the sliding window from the outdoor area; an inner air-tight member(11) arranged inward from the outer air-tight member at the upper end of the sliding window, and which cuts-off the sliding window from the indoor area; and an air-tight member(13) installed to the outer or inner air-tight member, and which cuts-off the outer air-tight member or the inner air-tight member from the other.
