FIELD: shipbuilding; aircraft industry. SUBSTANCE: method consists in positioning appendages below meridian plane of bulbous projection. Projecting part is movable in angular direction; it is engageable recess of object. Projecting part has holes which are connected with surface of object by means of passages. Total area of holes exceeds total area of passages. EFFECT: enhanced maneuverability; reduced enhanced stability in swell.
