SUBSTANCE: implant is made in form of a clip with two planes cleaving and stabilizing the vertebras, as well as an active plane protecting the spinal cord, connected to an electrode and microinjector for diagnostic recording of potentials and medical influences by electrostimulation with medicinal electrophoresis. The implant provides for treatment- and-diagnostic influences of several kinds both on the vertebral column and the nervous tissue of the spinal cord during a long period of time, reducing thereby the number of traumatic procedures, economic and time expenditures connected with the treatment-and-diagnostic process. The implant is effective, simple in manufacture and doesn't need any essential economic expenditures.
