Antigen is polysaccharide-protein complex, its working concentration is 5.0-15.0 mcg/ml of adsorption buffer. Set has also chlamydium (positive) and normal (negative) control sera in dilution (1:50)-(1:150) in incubation buffer and conjugate of antispecies immunoglobulin G class with peroxidase. Set has also potassium dihydrogen phosphate, potassium hydrogen phosphate, sodium chloride, Tween-20 or Tween-40, or Tween-80, or Triton X-305, citric acid, ortho-phenylenediamine, hydrogen peroxide, stop-reagent and panels for carrying out the reaction of immunoenzyme analysis. EFFECT: increased sensitivity and specificity of immunological reaction, decreased analysis time and consumption of antigen and sera. 2 tbl
