METHOD FOR HEAT AND POWER COGENERATION AT THERMAL POWER STATIONS AND HIGH-EFFICIENCY POWER UNIT IMPLEMENTING IT (DESIGN VERSIONS OF HIGH-EFFICIENCY POWER UNIT)
FIELD: thermal engineering; thermal power stations with high-efficiency power units. SUBSTANCE: part of feedwater taken from general flow passed through regenerative heating system is conveyed to bypass line and turbine economizer is supplied with this part of flow upon cooling it down due to transfer of some heat for desired heating of delivery water by heat transfer between these media. Proposed method can be implemented by means of known high-efficiency power units updated according to proposed invention. Both design versions of power unit incorporate provision for interconnecting main feedwater line upstream of its gate valve and bypass line downstream of its gate valve by means of interconnecting pipe. One of proposed updated units has gate valve installed on mentioned interconnecting pipe and hot loop of its extraction heat exchanger is connected to bypass line upstream of turbine economizer; in other design version hot loop of extraction heat exchanger is connected to interconnecting pipe between its two gate valves. Proposed units are universal as they provide for heat and power cogeneration without derating; they are suitable for running under all conditions and using all kinds of fuel.
