The first unit can be a heat exchanger module (1) contg. a heat exchanger, a fresh air connection, circulating air and outlet air connections, an outlet fan, fresh air and circulating air fans and an air blocking device on the heat exchanger in the form of a flap for the circulating and fresh air flows and an air blocking device for the air outlet flow in the form of a flap. The outlet air passes to a condenser in the second unit (2). The third unit is a cooling unit (3) with compressor, condenser and evaporator parts.
