Low firing temperature ceramic composition production, involves calcining and grinding a mixture of copper(II) oxide and a barium-bismuth-lanthanide titanate and mixing with a borosilicate glass. A low firing temperature ceramic composition is produced by mixing copper oxide (CuO) with a barium oxide-titanium oxide-rare earth oxide-bismuth oxide (BaO-TiO2-REO3/2-Bi2O3) main material (RE = a lanthanide element), calcining the resulting ceramic mixture, grinding, mixing the ground material with a boron oxide-silicon dioxide (B2O3-SiO2) glass and firing the resulting mixture.
