A panel is hinged at the bottom to a tray. An electric heater is mounted on the lower part of the panel. An extendable drying rack is mounted on the upper part. Water vapor passes through an opening above the rack to a recovery unit fixed to the exterior of the panel. Insulating curtains cover the whole device when it is in operation.
