Method for preparing concentrated and deacidified dry extract of wine by Preconcentration and dehydration and adding it to a new pharmaceutical composition. A method for preparing a dried wine extract, which is preconcentrated into a filtered sludge rich in organic compounds itself. The concentrated wine is then concentrated and in the second drying process it is reduced in fat until a fine, dry and soluble powder is obtained. The dry extract thus obtained is combined with one or more products.A unit is used to display molecules or substances that enhance the medicinal effect of wine, and the concentration of active ingredients is equal to that of a glass of wine
