PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sample molding form, for a concrete strength test, which is made of a plastic, whose shape holding force is increased without spoiling its easy-to-use property and whose dimensional error is reduced as fas as possible. ;SOLUTION: A form is a plastic cylindrical body 10 which is provided with a bottom plate 20 used to close a tube opening on one side. A cut-off tube wall part 13 which is partitioned by at least two strips of grooves 12, 12 formed on the outside face of the cylindrical body 10 toward the tube opening on a side on which the bottom plate 20 is installed from a tube opening on a side on which the bottom plate 20 is not installed is formed at the tube body 10. Then, the cut-off tube wall part 13 is provided with a reinforcement means R by which the cut-off tube wall part 13 is not fractured when the cut-off tube wall part 13 is stripped from the surface of hardened concrete while the tube wall part is being cut off along the grooves 12 after the concrete has been deposited in the cylindrical body 10.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
