PURPOSE: To obtain eluate for measuring the distribution of a molecular weight which can measure the distribution of the molecular weight of macromolecular material quickly, effeciently and accurately. ;CONSTITUTION: At least one kind, which is selected among aliphatic unsaturated monobasic acid, aliphatic unsaturated polybasic acid, aliphatic saturated monobasic acid, aliphatic saturated polybasic acid, aromatic monobasic acid and aromatic polybasic acid, is added into tetrahydrofuran used in gel permeation, and eluate for measuring the distribution of the molecular weight of macromolecular material is obtained. The reproducibility and accuracy of the measured data (distribution of molecular weight) by the mutual reaction of a sample and filler and the stability and durability of the apparatus and a filling column are excellent.
