PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound-proof structure for the piping of a stationary induction electric apparatus, which can be installed easily and can reduce the noise of the piping effectively. ;SOLUTION: A cover 5 is split into a plurality of partial covers, more specifically, into upper partial cover and a lower partial cover. These partial covers are supported via a support section 8 and an elastic body, such as a rubber element, spring element, etc., and the section 8 is installed to the piping 3. The partial covers are connected to each other with bolts, etc., and the space between the cover 5 and piping 3 is hermetically sealed from the outside. Therefore, this structure can be installed easily to an already existing facility.
