PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parallel link mechanism for supporting a rotator which is structured to avoid compactness at the time of housing a rotator such as a top plate, to improve the stability of the rotator at the time of using and to easily secure safety at the time of operation. ;SOLUTION: This mechanism is provided with an up link member 104 rotatable with the top plate 101, a down link member 105 arranged nearly parallel with this member 104, a base tip side link member 107 disposed on the substrate of a leg 103, etc., and respectively and pivotally connected to the base tip part of the member 104 and that of the member 105, and a rotary tip side link member 106 respectively and pivotally connected to the rotary tip part of the member 104 and that of the member 105.
