SOLUTION: An engine controller 2007 judges whether or not a reader unit 1003 is connected with an engine unit 1002, and a reader controller 2013 judges whether or not an operating part unit 1001 is connected with the reader unit 1003, and an engine controller 2007 judges whether or not the operating part unit 1001 is connected with the engine unit 1002, and the engine controller 2007 controls a power source unit 2008 according to the judged results.
