PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the efficiency of the reinforcement assembling work in the ECL construction work.;SOLUTION: Axial reinforcements 8 and hoop reinforcements 9 are assembled in the form of a lattice in which the cylindrical body is divided, and reinforcement units U (U1, U2) in which gable type frames 10 are fitted to the front thereof are used, and these reinforcement units are assembled in a cylindrical shape to suit the inside surface of the tunnel. The front end part of the axial reinforcement of the reinforcement unit is lockedly supported by a shield excavator, and the rear end part thereof is connected to the front end part of the axial of the reinforcement unit already constructed. Hoop reinforcements are mutually connected by lap joints. Gable-type frames are mutually connected with each other. The front end of the hoop reinforcement is projected toward sides to make fixing parts 9a, and is overlapped on the hoop reinforcement of the other reinforcement unit adjacently arranged to be connected by the lap joint.
