BROADCAST SERVICE SYSTEM AND DELAY BROADCAST METHOD IN BROADCAST SERVICE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcast service system, where a profit can surely be obtained on a repeating station side. ;SOLUTION: When the viewing request of a program content is given from viewing devices 3-1 to 3-n, the viewing device requesting viewing is connected to a broadcast device 24. An advertisement content stored in an advertisement content storage device 23 is broadcast to the viewing device. An advertisement effect counting device 25 measures advertisement effect, based on the number of viewing devices by which the advertisement content is viewed and on broadcast time. Only when a measured result satisfies target advertisement effect which is previously set, the broadcast start of the program content is permitted to the viewing device connected to the broadcast device 24. The broadcast device 24 rebroadcasts the program content to the connected viewing device, only when the advertisement effect counting device 25 permits the broadcast start of the program content.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
