PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fully automatically operate a material releasing device by delivering the same number of works from a material feeding magazine to a material releasing magazine in the same number of magazines. ;SOLUTION: In releasing a material, this device is provided with a work number receiving means 5a from a feeding material detected by a means 3b for detecting the number of works in a magazine, a magazine number receiving means 6a, a means for detecting the number of works from material feeding, a work present sensor and a means for calculating and comparing means in a magazine obtained by the sensor. The number of magazines detected and stored by the detecting means is compared with the throw-in magazine number from material feeding by the calculating and comparing means. The number of magazines per one lot from material feeding is compared with the processed magazine number by the calculating and comparing means 6b. When the feeding number in material feeding and the storing number in material releasing agree, the magazines are replaced.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
