PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract information relating to time and place from stored daily life information or the like and to inform a user about it by acquiring present resident location of a device itself and informing the user about information in matching with the present resident location. ;SOLUTION: An information storage means 4 stores and registers contents desired by the user. A location information acquisition means 2 uses e.g. a GPS to obtain location information consisting of a latitude and a longitude. A location comparison means 5 compares a present location obtained by the location information acquisition means 2 with location information stored in a location-dependent information storage means 3. When there is any information coincident with the stored location information, the location comparison means 5 gives address information registered in pairs with the location information to an information management means 7. The information management means 7 reads contents of an item stored in an address corresponding to this address information in the information storage means 4 and gives the contents to an exhibit means 8, which exhibits the stored contents.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
