PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that a Mg(magnesium) alloy is lightweight, and is excellent in cutting workability, a heat radiation property, a vibration absorption property, dimensional stability, alkali resistance, and an electromagnetic wave shielding property, and is used in various purposes such as electric apparatuses, automotive parts, cameras, but when the alloy is painted, adhesion of a paint is low to be likely to cause detective painting, and further, there is a danger of dust explosion during the painting pretreatment operation, and no effective pretreatment has been performed. ;SOLUTION: A slurry obtained by mixing water and abrasive material in a desired fixed ratio, is sent to a blasting gun by means of a slurry pump, and accelerated by compressed air to be blasted from a nozzle to collide against the surface of a Mg alloy molding after forming, and to form a rough surface of the surface of the alloy by grinding action.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
