PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce wigs fast and efficiently while inhibiting the occurrence of defective wigs. ;SOLUTION: This automated hair-transplanting machine is equipped with the base cloth feeder 1 for feeding the wig base 11 made of extremely thin cloth to the tensioning-positioning part 2, the tensioning-positioning part 2 that has the moving table 21 shifting in the perpendicular direction over the two-dimensional plane and can move in a prescribed pitch according to the preliminarily set order and positions the base 11 in the extended state, the artificial hair feeder 3 that feeds the artificial hair on the back face side of the base 11 and the hair transplanting machine 4 that has a pair of needles 41 that can move in the perpendicular direction to the face of the base 11 and transplants the artificial hair 30 by allowing to pass through the needles into the extended base 11 and pulling up the artificial hair on the front face side of the base. The transplantation of the artificial hairs 30 are repeatedly operated at a prescribed pitch and the extension is released after completion of the hair transplantion.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
