PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the adhesion of dried garbage to a container for housing garbage which is fitted freely attachably/detachably to a main body and to improve usability by forming the container from a resin containing only carbon and hydrogen such as a polyolefin or polystyrene as a main raw material. ;SOLUTION: In a main body 2 to which a container 1 for housing garbage is fitted freely attachably/detachably, a heater 3 for heating the garbage and a fan 4 for agitating air are installed additionally. The garbage in the container 1 is agitated by agitating blades 5 while being heated by the heater 3. The container 1 is made of syndiotactic polystyrene containing only carbon and hydrogen as a main material. The container 1 scarcely contains the oxygen atoms of sugar molecules contained in the garbage, nitrogen atoms forming hydrogen bonds easily with hydroxyl groups and others, sulfur atoms, oxygen atoms, and others. In this way, the adhesion of the dried garbage to the wall surface of the container 1 is controlled.
