SOLUTION: An operation input part 11 inputs a script for guide-describing time or place information for guidance, guide information and limitation information, such as significance of time/place in the sequence of instructions. When there is a contradiction in the script for guide or, when guidance is disabled with the time/place designated corresponding to the real conditions, an instruction executing part 15 executes the instructions of the script for guide, by controlling the time/place information into suitable value, while using a limitation control part 18. According to the executed result of instruction, a guide output part 19 outputs the guide information.
