PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for making images and sound correspond to each other. ;SOLUTION: A plurality of sound data 13a and a plurality of image data 23a are set as databases to a sound database 103 and to an image data base 203 respectively. A linguistic sound addition information 13b on the sound data 13a is set in association with the sound data 13a, and a linguistic image addition information 23b on the image data 23a is set in association with the image data 23a. An image/sound relating part 300 compares the sound addition information 13b and image addition information 23b, and makes the sound data 13a related to the sound addition information 13b to be compared, and the image data 23a related to the image addition information 23b correspond to each other, when deciding that the compared sound addition information 13b and image addition information 23 are related to each other.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
