PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for precisely transferring a foot form (male mold) required for manufacturing custom-made shoes and ready-made shoes from a foot form (female mold), making the use of the foot form (male mold) and inexpensively and accurately molding a rigid last for manufacturing shoes in a short time. ;SOLUTION: Cost of a modeling agent is reduced, strength of a foot form (female mold) is increased and resin thinning is prevented by mixing calcium carbonate into aqueous silicone by maximum 75%. By injecting a biodegradable plastic melting at 60C into the foot form (female mold), rigid and solid foot form (female shape last) is extremely easily manufactured. By adding three-dimensional information on foots and walking collected from 3D video and a pressure sensor device to the foot form and mechanically adding corrections, manufacturing processes for shoes for avoiding various kinds of troubles about foots and walking are introduced.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
