PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container for butter slices, a butter knife and a butter spreader by which a refrigerated and caked butter is made easy to spread on a toast.;SOLUTION: A buffer insertion port is constituted by providing a butter push-up section 5 for a butter being packaged, and a serrulated blade 3 at both upper end edges on the shorter edge side of the butter insertion port having the butter push-up section, and at the upper end edge of the butter push-up section in such a manner that the tip end of the serrulated blade 3 may face to the butter surface at a right angle. Alternatively, the butter insertion port is constituted without providing the zig-zag blade 3 at the upper end edge of the butter push-up section and the shorter edge side upper end edge of the butter insertion port. An accessory cutter for the cutting of a packaging paper, which cuts off the packaging paper of the butter being exposed, is provided. A butter knife receiving section-cum-thumb placing section 12, which protrudes upward in the vicinity of the surface of the butter in the thickness direction, is provided on one of the shorter edge sides of the butter insertion port of respective constitutions for a butter slicing container. Also, a butter knife 17 having a slice edge and the butter spreader, on the left side edge or both side edges of the butter spreading surface, a blade-shape slope is provided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
