ALUMINUM-IRON CLAD AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous manufacturing method of aluminum clad iron material which has high connecting strength and improved shock proofness by clad ding aluminum material on the iron material, which has large area, high connecting strength and high-yield. ;SOLUTION: It consists of three layers iron material/aluminum material jointed by cold rolling (1st aluminum material)/aluminum material jointed by hot rolling (second aluminum material). Specially, 1st one is characteristic as follows: It has thinner layer than second one, so that the one which is below 20 mm is jointed by cold rolling, and after that second one is jointed by hot rolling under 300 to 550°C, to be a necessary thickness.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
