PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pellet regenerating apparatus having a continuously crystallizing mechanism for converting used PET flakes into regenerated crystalline pellets prevented from adhesion.;SOLUTION: An apparatus is composed of a melting apparatus 2 or 3 which melts PET and extrudes dry strands (c), an apparatus 4 for cooling tne strands slowly, and a pelletizer 9. Slow cooling apparatuses are fitted to a blower 4a, a mesh conveyer for transferring the strands, and a mesh belt 5a, it is formed by a wind reflecting plate 6 disposed on the back of the traveling strands, a pair of air shielding plates 7 fitted to the upper part side fringes of the belt, and a partition plate for diving the strands which is added optionally, and a pelletizer is disposed at the arrival position of the strands opacified by crystallization by cooling.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
