PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject stirring device capable of reducing the deposit of bait in a stirring chamber, and enabling improved maintenance by installing an opening and closing lid-driving means or the like for carrying out an opening operation of the opening and closing lid after carrying out a normal driving or the like of a stirring blade for a prescribed time, and carrying out a closing operation of the opening and closing lid after carrying out a reverse driving or the like thereof for a prescribed time. ;SOLUTION: This stirring device has a stirring chamber M for being charged with the first material and the second material for chum and for stirring the materials by a rotatably driven stirring blade 32, an opening and closing lid 33 for opening and closing a discharging opening 10a of the stirring chamber M, a driving means 100 for normally rotating the stirring blade 32 for a prescribed time or up to the prescribed number of the rotation, and reversely rotating the stirring blade 32 for a prescribed time or up to the prescribed number of the rotation after the normal rotation, and an opening and closing lid-driving means 200 for carrying out the opening operation of the opening and closing lid 33 after the normal rotation of the stirring blade 32 for the prescribed time or up to the prescribed number of the rotation, and carrying out the closing operation of the opening and closing lid 33 after the reverse rotation for the prescribed time or up to the prescribed number of the rotation.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
