ANTI-MYCOBACTERIUM TUBERCULOSIS 38kDa PROTEIN MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY, METHOD OF IMMUNOLOGICAL ASSAY OF MYCOBACTERIUM TUBERCULOSIS 38kDa PROTEIN AND REAGENT FOR ASSAY THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of immunological assay of Mycobacterium tuberculosis 38kDa protein and a reagent for the assay thereof by which Mycobacterium tuberculosis can promptly and simply be detected and the Mycobacterium tuberculosis and an atypical mycobacteria can be distinguished and to prepare an anti-Mycobacterium tuberculosis 38kDa protein monoclonal antibody capable of being used therefor. ;SOLUTION: This monoclonal antibody is differentially reacted with the Mycobacterium tuberculosis 38kDa protein and not reacted with the atypical mycobacterias. The monoclonal antibody or a fragment thereof is brought into contact with an assayed sample to detect a composite of the monoclonal antibody or the fragment thereof and the Mycobacterium tuberculosis 38kDa protein in the method of the immunological assay.
