PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dioxin decomposition method using a cultivated waste bacteria bed of food mushroom in which dioxin compd. is decomposed by using a waste bacteria bed after cultivating food mushroom, etc.;SOLUTION: In the decomposition method, the powdery/fine powdered solid waste bacteria bed containing the residual Hymenomycetidae consisting of residual/spore/hypha, etc., after cultivating the Hymenomycetidae genus basidium malleolus such as food mushroom is added/mixed to the powdery/fine powdered solid content containing the dioxin compd. consisting of polychlorinated dibenzo- para-dioxin(PCDDs) and polychlorinated dibenzofuran(PCDFs) and the mixture is left to stand for a prescribed term.
