This wastewater treatment device is a wastewater treatment device that comprises a decomposition tank that accommodates solid matter, which is ground food waste, and a bacteria bed, a water supply means that supplies water to the decomposition tank, and a mixing means that mixes the solid matter and bacteria bed in the decomposition tank, and that decomposes the solid matter by using aerobic microorganisms in the bacteria bed.
