PURPOSE: Provided are salt tolerant mushroom strains, a method and a system of disposing of food waste using the mushroom strains, mushrooms cultivated by the method and system, a specialty additive for a specialty bio-feed and an organic fertilizer and a manure manufactured by the method and the system, and a digital control system for monitoring and controlling the system, the process and the product, thereby increasing the quality and productivity of mushrooms and feeds. CONSTITUTION: A novel strain, Pleurotus ostreatus DH-1012(KCTC 0938BP), is obtained by the steps of: screening mycelia growing at high salt concentration; isolating monospores under aseptic condition to obtain a plurality of strains and irradiating UV to induce mutation; screening an auxotroph from mutant strains; selecting one from Pleurotus ostreatus then followed by isolating monospores therefrom to obtain a plurality of strains and irradiating UV to induce mutation; screening an auxotroph from mutant strains; and hybridizing monospores of the screened strains above to obtain Pleurotus ostreatus DH-1012(KCTC 0938BP).
