PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a substitute for a fishery feed raw material decreasing year by year, a soybean curd cuisine for the dinner table and a health seasoning in preparing a health food, a feed for cultured young fishes and feed for domestic animals by pouring a soybean milk obtained by combinedly mixing a soybean curd as a main component with a Chinese herbal medicine, a nutrition source, a seasoning, a sweetening agent and an aromatizing agent together with a bittern into a metal mold. SOLUTION: The health food, health feed and health seasoning are characterized by adding a soybean curd obtained by adding San-chi ginseng powder or liquid as a Chinese herbal medicine to a soybean milk and also adding a sun-chlorella powder, an olive tea, a sea weed powder, a montane wax and other essential amino acids, vitamins, folic acid, chlorophyll and an enzyme, mixing a coagulating agent for coagulating them in a metal mold, mixing therewith dried powder obtained by drying ferment-decomposed less of bean curd obtained by separating the soybean milk, and adding the mixture to a feed or food mixed with a Chinese medicinal enzyme.
