PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insert for a medical infusion film bag which does not require welding of the bag after filling and allows only a minimum level of residual air within the film bag. ;SOLUTION: An insert for a medical infusion film bag comprises a portion 4 and a portion 2 on the outer and the inner side of the infusion film bag, respectively, and is equipped with a joint part 1 positioned between these portions to be welded to the edge of the infusion film bag, a head member 3 in the inner side portion 2, and a fluid path which communicates the inner side portion 2 and the outer side portion 4 and has its aperture opened toward the inner side portion 2 within the head member 3. The fluid path is blocked by forming the head member 3 into a valve seat 15 near a fluid path 14 and pressing the film bag.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
