PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently normally operate a combustion by making a waste liquid flow in a length direction of an inside conduit and the air flow in a substantially central direction of an outside conduit at an end of a spray nozzle.;SOLUTION: Conduits for a waste liquid 1 and a compressed air 2 are, for example, disposed at inside and outside of a spray nozzle so that the sections become concentric circles so that an end 6' of the outside conduit (conduit for compressed air) is slightly longer than the inside conduit and a substantially half of the outside conduit to its outer peripheral side is obliquely closed to the end of the inside conduit at the end of the nozzle. Thus, the flow of the air at the end 6' of the outside conduit substantially crossflows in contact with the waste liquid. For example, a ratio of the pressure of the liquid when feeding the liquid to that of the air is suitably regulated to be able to set a spraying angle of the liquid at a jet port 6 of the nozzle to most preferable about 30 to 40°.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
