In the present invention, there is disclosed a cubicle switchboard (10) comprising a framed cubicle (55) composed of individual vertical frame arms (11, ..., 14) and horizontal frame arms (15, ..., 18, 25, 30, ..., 32) of the same type and encompassing an interior (56) in the form of a rectangular. In said rectangular interior (56), there can be fastened between the vertical frame arms (11, ..., 14) pertaining to one longitudinal side or to one transversal side, rails, especially DIN-rails (20, 21, 22) for fastening electrical and/or electronic functional units (23). All the frame arms (11, ..., 14, 15, ..., 18, 25, 30, ..., 32) have rectangular cross section that us adapted to the depth of the rails, optionally DIN-rails (20, 21, 22). When installing the rails (20, 21, 22) onto the vertical frame arms (11, ..., 14), the rail (20, 21, 22) sides turned toward the cubicle switchboard (10) interior (56) lie in one plane with inwardly oriented surfaces of the vertical frame arms (11, ..., 14).
