The invention relates to the agriculture, particularly, to a process for harvesting sugar-sorghum and sugar-cane and for obtaining juice from these cultures.The process comprises removal of the panicles and leaves, mechanical stalks cutting, squeezing and collection of juice thereof, reducing the stalks into fragments and transportation of the reduced mass to the processing stations.The technical result consists in juice yield increasing.
