Process for manufacturing of products by recovering of waste materials having high specific weight, such as the cheap rolled sand. Process in which these waste materials are utilized combined with particular coating materials and binding materials described in the patent, comprising a first step in which such waste materials are riddled by separating the particles with grains having a larger size, a second step in which the waste materials are mixed in a specific extruder (16) with the coating materials and bonding materials, in a way that such waste materials are included homogeneously on the other materials, for being subsequently moulded inside molds (27) of conventional type.;There are also described a product manufacturing plant in accordance to the so obtained process and some products such as ballast counterweights or washing tubs integral with the counterweights for washing machines.
