The foam type e.g. mattress based on polyurethane comprises a set of mechanical spring based supports (1,1') fitted with e.g. polyethylene enclosures (4,4'). The hermetically sealed enclosures (4,4') prevents access to the springs (2) of the foaming polyurethane (5) and consequent excessive consumption of this.
