Underwater fishing harpoon gun arming device, using elastic energy based controller

The arming device has elastic energy based controller including a holder (1) fixed to the external threads (5) of elastic elements (4) via two holes with internal threads and stubs (3) externally threaded to take a retainer (8) having threaded zones (7). The holder (1) has two arms (6) and recesses (9) simplifying handling. The harpoon is actuated via the energy stored by the elastic elements (4), and the holder excludes injury to the user's fingers during release of the elements.
