The present invention relates to a novel composite granule of herbage, a process for producing thereof, and the apparatus used in said process. The present composite granule of herbage comprises the high protein and high nutrition-containing material, such as rumex acetosa k-1 etc., and the crop stalk containing high content of fibre. The process involves steps of chopping, tempering, pulping, pugging, mixing, drying and granulating. The apparatus used in said process comprises the silage chaff cutter, the tempering machine, the pulverizer, the stalk rub-chopping machine, the forage grass pulverizing mill, the mixer, the revolver drier and the granulator.
