A disposable body fluid filter unit (10) and a disposable body fluid sucking device (34) used to take out stuck phlegm and discharge from nose, excellent in portability and controllability, and low in cost, comprising a sucking port (14) connected to a sucking tube (20) for sucking body fluid (100), a body fluid accumulating chamber (18) separating the body fluid (100) sucked together with air from the air and accumulating the separated fluid, a filter (12) allowing the sucked air to pass, and a sucking port (16) connected to a sucking source (24).
