The invention concerns a method enabling an adjudicator (4) to send a call for tenders to one or several suppliers (3) selected among those offering the type of service required, said platform being accessible to the contracting authority through a first telecommunications network (2) wherein: said platform routes said call for tenders to said suppliers; said suppliers may accept or decline said received call for tenders; the co-ordinates of the contracting authority (4) are communicated by said platform to all the suppliers who have accepted the call for tenders; the transmission of said co-ordinates are billed by said platform to all the suppliers who have accepted the call for tenders.
