CLOSING SYSTEM WHICH CAN BE ACTUATED BY A SIGNAL AND WHICH IS PROVIDED FOR DOORS OR GATES, AND A METHOD FOR OPERATING SUCH AS SYSTEM

The invention relates to a closing system which can be actuated by a signal for doors, gates or the like. The inventive system permits an uncontrolled duplication of authorization codes and, when desired, makes it possible to easily duplicate these authorization codes. To this end, the system uses at least three types of signal codes as authorization codes, namely standard codes which can be freely copied, security codes which can only be copied once, and copied security codes which cannot be copied. During a learning process in which a new authorization code should be programmed, the standard components (standard transmitters 17, 18, 19) used in the closing system can decide which signal code is concerned at each time. For this, the utilized signal codes comprise identifiers which are optionally modified during the learning process. Security codes can only be transmitted by a special programming device (security transmitter 13). Said programming device comprises the security code in an original identifier. The identifier is modified when these security codes are copied. A learning process using such copied codes is denied, whereas the standard components (e.g. the standard transmitter 18) can identically retransmit a standard code.
