PURPOSE: A target market solution system and its maintenance method is provided to offer a real time customer consulting service system to a shopping mall company, collect and analyze purchase patterns, consulting results and customer related information, offer a target market solution for the shopping mall, and offer a new development direction or marketing data by performing a data mining on the eCRM(e Commerce Relation Management) data. CONSTITUTION: A target market solution system comprises an ESP(E-commerce Service Provider) center(10), a database(20), an ECC-TB(E-commerce Customizing Tool Bar)(30), an SMAPP(Support Manager Application Agent)(40), and an electronic commerce support program(50). The ESP center(10) allows a shopping mall(60) to do a consulting for the customers, collects a shopping pattern information, and operates a target market solution for the shopping mall(60). The ECC-TB(30), connected to the ESP center(10) and added in a web browser, supports a purchase for the customers by updating automatically a product category or enabling a one click product search.
