PURPOSE: To easily retrieve customer data from a customer data base. ;CONSTITUTION: Two retrieval items about a customer data group stored in the customer data base 2 are designated in a window displayed on a display device 5 by using a mouse 6. A cluster number to execute clustering is designated. The customer data group is clustered to the cluster number on the basis of the designated retrieval item. The clustered customer data is displayed while being classified by every cluster on a clustering plane about two retrieval items. On the clustering plane, one or plural clusters are designated. A cluster retrieving conditional expression containing the designated cluster is inputted. The customer data is retrieved on the basis of this cluster retrieving conditional expression.
