METHOD FOR PERFORMING AUTOMATIC TEXT MESSAGE ANSWERING FUNCTION OF MOBILE WIRELESS TERMINAL

PURPOSE: A method for performing an automatic text message answering function of a mobile wireless terminal is provided to transmit a prestored text message for automatic answering use with a transmission telephone number corresponding to a caller ID, by using an SMS(Short Message Service), so as to perform the automatic text message answering function, without changing a hardware and a software structure. CONSTITUTION: If a call message is received, a controller(110) checks whether a mode is an automatic text message answering mode. If so, the controller(110) checks a caller ID of the call message, and stores a corresponding transmission telephone number in an SMS(Short Message Service) transmission field. The controller(110) checks an automatic answering text message of a memory(140), and stores the automatic answering text message in the SMS transmission field. The controller(110) transmits the automatic answering text message with the transmission telephone number corresponding to the caller ID, by using an SMS.
