PRIMARY RATE INTERFACE OF INTEGRATED SERVICES DIGITAL NETWORK AND HIGH BIT RATE DIGITAL SUBSCRIBER LINE DEVICE

PURPOSE: A PRI(Primary Rate Interface) of an ISDN(Integrated Services Digital Network) and an HDSL(High Bit Rate Digital Subscriber Line) device is provided to implement a PRI service of the ISDN and an HDSL transmission function as one unit. CONSTITUTION: A signal connector(310) transceives an E1 rate signal. A frame processor(320) receives an E1 rate receiving signal to detect an alarm, and codes the alarm to output the coded alarm. The frame processor(320) turns transmitting data to an E1 rate signal, and generates a transmitter alarm displaying signal to output the signal to the signal connector(310). A modulator(330) uses a 2B1Q(2 Binary 1 Quaternary) modulation method for receiving data outputted from the frame processor(320), and transmits the receiving data to a subscriber line. The modulator(330) demodulates a signal received from the subscriber line to transmit the signal to the frame processor(320). A line connector(340) outputs the receiving data to the subscriber line, or transmits transmitting data received from the subscriber line to the frame processor(320). The line connector(340) transceives a tip signal a ring signal through the subscriber line. A CPU(350) initializes the signal connector(310), the frame processor(320), the modulator(330) and the line connector(340), and controls operations thereof.
